As we serve commercial and industrial clients (B2B), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.<\/p >\n\n<h2>Non-Returnable Products<\/h2>\n<p>Due to the customized nature of our quartz stone slabs and fabricated laboratory countertops, all orders are considered final and non-returnable once production begins. This includes but is not limited to:<\/p >\n<ul>\n  <li>Slabs cut to specific dimensions<\/li>\n  <li>Surface treatments or edge finishes<\/li>\n  <li>Color or pattern selections based on customer approval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Exceptions \u2013 Damaged or Defective Products<\/h2>\n<p>If your order arrives with damage caused during shipping, or if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, please notify us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery.
