What is quartz stone

Quartz stone is made by pressing a mixture of more than 90% quartz sand and quartz powder, over 7% high-performance, health-friendly unsaturated polyester resin, color paste, and trace elements, under high vacuum and high temperature conditions. The main component is quartz sand and its particles, which account for more than 93%, while the resin, pigments, and other auxiliary materials make up less than 7%. Quartz stone must fully meet four specific conditions; if even one condition is not met, it cannot be considered true quartz stone.

Behind the Scenes of Production

1.Resin content (including all liquid additives): 7-10%. Below 7%, the material lacks toughness and breaks easily; above 10%, it deforms easily. 2.High-pressure molding under vacuum: Low-pressure molding or casting leads to lower density, making slabs prone to staining. Many domestic manufacturers use low-pressure molding. 3.Cured at medium to high temperatures: Many domestic manufacturers use room temperature or low-temperature curing (below 60°C). 4.Hardness is mainly from quartz: Glass particles must make up less than 20% by weight in the slabs.
Premium Raw Materials

High-Quality Resin for Superior Strength and Shine

High-quality resin plays a vital role in the performance and durability of quartz stone. By using premium resin, Warner Quartz Stone ensures countertops that are eco-friendly, food-grade, and completely safe for everyday use. At the same time, the superior bonding strength of good resin greatly enhances the slab’s impact resistance, helping to prevent cracking problems over time. In addition, it provides excellent protection against staining and discoloration, keeping the surface beautiful, clean, and long-lasting in any environment. At Warner, we use top-grade resin sourced from trusted suppliers, ensuring optimal bonding, durability, and long-lasting gloss in every quartz surface. Unlike lower-quality alternatives used by some manufacturers, our resin maintains color stability, reduces yellowing over time, and enhances the slab’s structural integrity. This commitment to premium materials is what sets Warner apart in both performance and appearance.

Purity You Can See

Ultra-White Quartz Sand for a Brighter Surface

Warner selects only ultra-white, high-purity quartz sand to ensure the brightness, clarity, and consistency of every slab we produce. Unlike many common quartz surfaces that appear dull or yellowish due to inferior raw materials, our quartz sand delivers a clean, luminous finish that enhances both aesthetics and value. The difference is not only visible — it’s lasting.

How It Works

01 Raw Material Selection & Mixing

We begin with high-purity quartz sand, carefully selected for brightness and consistency. The raw materials are mixed in large industrial mixers to create a uniform and stable base.

02 Distribution & Molding

The blended mixture is evenly spread onto the production line and shaped using molds, ensuring slab thickness and uniform structure.

03 Vacuum Compression & Curing

Through vacuum compression, the slabs are densely compacted to remove air bubbles and enhance strength. Then they are cured at high temperatures to solidify the structure.

04 Polishing & Cutting

After curing, each slab undergoes precision polishing to achieve a glossy surface, followed by cutting into standard or custom sizes as needed.
