Return Policy

At Warner Quartz Stone, all laboratory worktops and engineered slabs are made-to-order according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. As we serve commercial and industrial clients (B2B), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the customized nature of our quartz stone slabs and fabricated laboratory countertops, all orders are considered final and non-returnable once production begins. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Slabs cut to specific dimensions
  • Surface treatments or edge finishes
  • Color or pattern selections based on customer approval

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives with damage caused during shipping, or if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To process a quality claim, we require:

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect or damage
  • Proof of delivery date and shipping documents
  • Inspection by our technical team (remote or on-site, depending on location)

If verified, we will either replace the product or issue a partial refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

Important Notes

  • Color and pattern variation is inherent in engineered quartz. Small differences from sample images or showroom pieces are not considered defects.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  • All return and replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Warner Quartz Stone’s quality control department.
